Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our product is a digital service, we offer a 7-day conditional refund policy.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You are unsatisfied with the service

• You have not excessively downloaded or exported resume templates

• No resume review or mock interview session has been fully delivered

Refunds will not be issued if:

• A professional resume review has already been completed

• A mock interview session has been conducted

• There is evidence of abuse or excessive use of the platform

To request a refund, email support@solidlabsai.com with your account email and reason for the request. Please include your order confirmation or receipt if available.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current billing cycle.
